Our host Veronica Garcia will visit the Ocho Café Tacos y Tequila restaurant in West Hartford, Massachusetts. She will speak with owner Noe Rules Nuñez and chef Luis Barrera, who will share their typical Mexican dishes and salsas, prepared in the molcajete (a stone mortar and pestle typical of Mexico). Nuñez and Barrera will discuss their process in preparing exclusive dishes, as well as the special decoration that adorns their restaurant.
