To maintain a family-owned restaurant, it takes pride, effort, dedication and, of course, lots of love. Restaurateur Ana Lourdes Gotay introduces her family’s pride and joy, El Comalito in Amherst. Since July of 2012, El Comalito has served up delicious Mexican and Salvadoran dishes as well as a small variety of vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free dishes.
