Oscar López Rivera is a Puerto Rican activist who led Fuerzas Armadas de Liberación Nacional Puertorriqueña (FALN), an organization devoted to Puerto Rican independence. He was arrested in 1981 following acts of civil disobedience and spent 36 years in custody until being granted clemency by President Obama in May of last year. He discusses his perspectives with Presencia Host Veronica Garcia.
